Boat Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- 1 8 oz chive and onion cream cheese softened
- 1 1 oz packet ranch seasoning
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese or sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
- 4 large green onions thinly sliced
- tortilla chips, potato chip or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl use an electric mixer on medium-high speed to whip together the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning and taco seasoning until fluffy and combined.
- By hand stir in shredded cheese, tomatoes and green onions, reserving a small amount of green onions for garnishing.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap or transfer dip mixture to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Serve garnished with reserved green onions alongside tortilla chips, potato chips, veggies, fritos scoops, pita chips or crackers for dipping.
