Vegetable Manchurian Balls Recipe - Indo Chinese Dish

The Vegetable Manchurian (Dry) Recipe is a very popular Indian Chinese dish is made from finely minced vegetables, coated with corn flour and pan fried, then dipped in a tangy and spicy soy sauce.
