Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with a silicone baking mat.

In a large skillet, crumble and cook the sausage and diced onion with 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt over medium-high heat for 8 minutes or just until no pink remains. Drain grease from pan and set aside.

Meanwhile, roll or press the pizza dough into roughly a 16×13-inch rectangle.

Use an offset icing spatula or spoon to spread the cream cheese from end to end leaving a 1/2-inch border. Arrange the crumbled sausage mixture on top.
