Chettinad Muttai Paniyaram Recipe | Egg Paniyaram Recipe

Chettinad Muttai Paniyaram Recipe is a traditional dish famous in the region of Tamil Nadu. It is a variation made  from a rice batter filled in with High protein egg and some extra spice to kick start your Breakfast in a healthy way. The Paniyaram Is usually made in a Paniyaram pan by using less of oil and shallow frying till it becomes crispy from outside, soft and gooey inside. 

Serve the Chettinad Muttai Paniyaram along Coconut Chutney and filter coffee for a wholesome snack.
